Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Diploma in hotel management/hospitality from any reputed educational institution will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Targets and coordinates catering sales efforts.
∎ Develop business and solicit new catering business through catering lead generation and catering sales marketing.
∎ Generating revenue, establishing new accounts, monitoring booking space.
∎ Conducting catering sales presentations and catering sales calls.
∎ Operating online reservation software for venue booking.
∎ Maintain diary for venue booking planning.
∎ Attend telephone calls and respond to customer queries gently and professionally.
∎ Any other jobs as required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have 05-07 years practical work experience in reputed convention center. 3 years in relevant position with 5 star org. preferred.
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Good looking, smart and physically fitness.
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Must be guest service expert.
∎ Must be online reservation software user.
∎ Courteous & efficient telephone manner.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks & to manage workload using own initiative.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge.
∎ Must be well organized, honest and sincere.
