Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Diploma in hotel management/hospitality trade from any reputed educational institution will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet and greet clients.
∎ Oversee catered functions, in house and off site.
∎ Responsible for making the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event.
∎ Responsible for ensuring sufficient operating guest supplies, beverage supplies and operating equipment for functions assigned.
∎ Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas
∎ Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures in the banquet and catering service.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met.
∎ Should posses in depth Knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation and presentation.
∎ Supervise events and team members throughout service.
∎ Guide the Banquet servers in set up of tables and venue settings.
∎ Resolve staff and customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
∎ Co-ordinate with the Kitchen and housekeeping department.
∎ Any other jobs as required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have 10 years working experience in hospitality industry & minimum 3 years in relevant position with 5 star standard org.
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Good looking, smart and physically fitness.
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Must be guest service and event management expert.
∎ Courteous & efficient telephone manner.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks & to manage workload using own initiative.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge.
∎ Must be well organized, honest and sincere.
Salary: Negotiable
