Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 Years of Graduation in any discipline from reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The individual is primarily responsible for smooth running of Credit Card Customer Services in City Bank Branches and Amex Centers.
∎ Ensure communication with potential customers to achieve business target and create opportunities to maximize Bank's earnings.
∎ Collect and maintain documents of card members properly.
∎ Maintain liaison with relevant internal departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 year of banking experience is preferable, but not mandatory.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, & people management skills
∎ Ability to handle complex situation
∎ Good command over English language
∎ Target oriented
∎ Multi tasking ability
∎ Good at MS Office.

Salary: Tk. 17000 (Monthly)
