Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary job role of Card ambassador is to provide debit card & Credit card related services to the customers.
∎ The incumbent need to handle all customer queries, requests, complains and disputes patiently and appropriately according to policy.
∎ Ensure communication with potential customers to achieve business target and create opportunities to maximize bank's earnings.
∎ Meet collaborative business target.
