Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Candidates must have basic computer proficiency and good typing skills.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, tracking updates and follow-up communication in an organized and timely manner.
Provide support for website-related queries, including orders, product info, account issues and listings.
Manage customer queries, complaints, tracking updates, follow-up calls and maintain proper communication.
Maintain daily call logs, customer records and update data in the system.
Stay updated with website features, company policies and market trends to ensure accurate information delivery.
Attend team meetings, training sessions and contribute to service quality improvement.
Ensure high-level professionalism, communication and customer service at all times.
Work Hour:
10 Hours
Two shift from 8 am to 10 pm
