Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Call Center Supervisor for Oracle C2M Billing Customer Care plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our customer support center. You will be responsible for supervising a team of call center executives, maintaining high service standards, and driving customer satisfaction within the Oracle C2M Billing Customer Care department.
∎ Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of call center executives. Set clear performance objectives, monitor team performance, and conduct regular coaching sessions.
∎ Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance metrics,
∎ including call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution times. Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
∎ Customer Support: Assist call center executives in handling complex customer inquiries, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
∎ Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center executives. Stay updated on Oracle C2M Billing software updates.
∎ Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure that customer interactions meet or exceed established service standards.
∎ Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze call center performance reports,
∎ identifying trends, and areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

∎ Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments within Oracle,
∎ including technical support and product development teams, to address complex

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 25 years
∎ Good leadership and team management skills.
∎ Proficiency in using customer support software and systems.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
∎ A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
