  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure.
  • A positive, empathetic, and welcoming attitude.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.

  • Proficiency in English & Bengali speaking

  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating call logs and customer profiles.

  • Follow predefined call scripts to ensure consistency in service delivery.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time
