• Fluent English-speaking ability.
• Willing to work at the early morning shift to match business hours in Australia (Bangladesh time 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, may change as per management discretion).
• Selected Applicants will be in at least three months’ probation period.
• Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
• Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
• Professional, courteous, and knows proper phone etiquette.
• Ability to relate to a diverse group of people.
• Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.

Job Time: BD Time 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a large number of outbound calls to Australian customers promptly.
• Follow the communication "Script" while handling different topics.· Initiating sales leads with potential customers in Australia over the phone.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Receiving customers' inquiries and selling services / products over the telephone per the instructions.
• Meet individual/team targets.
