- Willing to work at the early morning shift to match business hours in Australia (Bangladesh time 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, may change as per management discretion).
- Selected Applicants will be in at least three months’ probation period.
- Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
- Professional, courteous, and knows proper phone etiquette.
- Ability to relate to a diverse group of people.
- Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.
Responsibilities & Context: Job Time: BD Time 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a large number of outbound calls to Australian customers promptly.
- Follow the communication "Script" while handling different topics.· Initiating sales leads with potential customers in Australia over the phone.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Receiving customers' inquiries and selling services / products over the telephone per the instructions.
- Meet individual/team targets.
