Experience:

• At least 1 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Call Center

• HSC
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor/Honors

• Graduate; further education or relevant certification is a plus.

• At least 1 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Call Center

• Age 24 to 32 years
• Only Female

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Proficiency in using computers and customer service.

• Respond to inbound customer calls and assist with inquiries regarding services.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information regarding billing, technical support, and service offerings.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and identify areas for process improvement.
