Responsibilities & Context:
Respond to inbound customer calls and assist with inquiries regarding services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding billing, technical support, and service offerings.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and identify areas for process improvement.
