Experience:
Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats promptly with professionalism and courtesy.
Handle customer queries regarding products, services, pricing, bookings, and complaints.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues in the first interaction whenever possible.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM or call management systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are fully resolved.
Draft emails/messages and provide written communication support when required.
Promote company services (such as air tickets, packages, or promotions, in a travel agency context like Priyo Tours & Travels Ltd.).
Meet daily/weekly call handling targets and sales KPIs.
Upsell or cross-sell products and services when opportunities arise.
Maintain a polite, patient, and empathetic tone with customers.
Adhere to company policies, scripts, and standard operating procedures.
Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on products, promotions, and policies.
Share feedback from customers to help improve company services.
Support colleagues during peak times or staff shortages.
