  • Woo Commerce/ CRM Order Management: Proficiency in managing, creating, modifying, and analyzing orders using platforms such as Woo Commerce and CRM systems.

  • Customer Communication: Providing timely and effective communication to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

  • Social Media Management: Managing messaging and publishing platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

  • Complaint Management: Using tools like Google Sheets to manage complaints and work with teams for smooth updates on pricing, stock, and customer inquiries.
