Biddabari, the leading online government job preparation platform in Bangladesh, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Executives to join our Student Support Team. This is a full-time, office-based role at our Nilkhet, Dhaka office.
Handle inbound and outbound calls from students with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate and updated information regarding courses, exam circulars, Books, Products and platform services.
Assist students with course enrollment, Product Purchase, payment support, complaints, and follow-up queries in a timely manner.
Ensure high-quality student service standards and work towards maximum Customer satisfaction.
Actively support course campaigns, promotions, and enrollment confirmations.
Maintain proper call logs, student records, and daily activity reports for the team leader/manager.
