Handle inbound and outbound calls from students with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate and updated information regarding courses, exam circulars, and platform services.
Assist students with course enrollment, payment support, complaints, and follow-up queries in a timely manner.
Ensure high-quality student service standards and work towards maximum student satisfaction.
Actively support course campaigns, promotions, and enrollment confirmations.
Maintain proper call logs, student records, and daily activity reports for the team leader/manager.
