Responsibilities & Context:

Biddabari, the leading online government job preparation platform in Bangladesh, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Executives to join our Student Support Team. This is a full-time, office-based role at our Nilkhet, Dhaka office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from students with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide accurate and updated information regarding courses, exam circulars, and platform services.

  • Assist students with course enrollment, payment support, complaints, and follow-up queries in a timely manner.

  • Ensure high-quality student service standards and work towards maximum student satisfaction.

  • Actively support course campaigns, promotions, and enrollment confirmations.

  • Maintain proper call logs, student records, and daily activity reports for the team leader/manager.
