∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline with minimum CGPA 3.00 from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bank, Call Center, Contact Center

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend inbound customer call and provide solution within the defined SLA.
∎ Perform outbound calls as and when required
∎ Track service level, call waiting, abandonment and ensure further calls to those customers.
∎ Records customers complain and forward them to respective departments to ensure proper resolution.
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and follow up to ensure proper resolution.
∎ Provide product and service information to customers through call center inbound/outbound channel.
∎ Manage and update customer database with the status of each customer.
∎ Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
∎ Perform any other additional activities as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to work in roster duty.
∎ Experience in handling multiple tasks.
∎ Must be fluent in Bengali & English

Salary: Negotiable
