Responsibilities & Context:
  • Customer Support: Responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product/service information in a professional, empathetic manner.

  • Communication: Managing high-volume inbound/outbound calls and messages, often adhering to specific scripts or policies.

  • Data Management: Updating customer records, logging call details, and processing applications/forms.

  • Performance Metrics: Meeting individual and team targets for call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

  • Escalation: Identifying and escalating complex issues to supervisors
