∎ Graduation in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending Customer call and provide necessary services.
∎ Answering Card/ Account/ Product/ Services & Business related queries.
∎ Provide relevant services to the customers related with all banking products.
∎ Forward calls to respective desk according to customer's necessity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Either a fresher or with some experience as call center executive.
∎ Call Center experience in Bank or Financial institution will be given priority.
∎ 24 hours (rotation base - 8 hourly) duty.
∎ Age limit should be 22-40 years. For fresher not more than 30 years.
