Experience:

• At least 5 years

Graduation/Post Graduation from any reputed University.

Any certified course in Tourism and Hospitality Management is preferred

• At least 5 years

• At least 05 years of considerable experience in the supervision of corporate cafeterias or managerial experience in the food service industry.

• Proficient knowledge of food service management principles and practices.

• Proven management experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.

• Proficient knowledge of MS Office.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily office Cafeteria operation and management.
• Oversee operations, including inventory, meal planning, food preparation schedule, food testing, and checking the quality and quantity of food received.
• Prepare a monthly budget for the cafeteria. Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste.
• Maintain records of inventory supplies; supervise storage of food items; prepare weekly orders of supplies and produce if needed.
• Supervise and ensure that cafeteria operations follow all sanitation and health regulations and that meals meet nutritional standards.
• Manage and train cafeteria staff regularly, plan work schedules, assign food service personnel duties, and motivate them to provide excellent customer service.
• Keep detailed administrative records and reports regarding meal plans, and costs and handle receipts and cash.
• Inspect & supervise the cleaning of facilities and equipment regularly.
• Perform equipment check, and minor upkeep & ensure kitchen equipment is in top running condition.
