• 5 to 7 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Graduation /B.Sc. In Textile Eng.

• Age 27 to 32 years

• Minimum 5 years year experience in pattern making/ cutting for Knit and Woven.
• Minimum 5 years’ year experience in pattern making of Outer Wear/Under Wear/Active Wear.
• Knowledge of various types of fabrics Knit and woven.
• Goal orientation, communication & Collaboration, positive & proactive and planning & organizing.
• Appropriate knowledge and skill on garment Sample making/CAD/ Consumption.
• Well knowledge of pattern making both manually and directly through the computer.
• Must have better knowledge of Computer all office file (such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Photo editor Studio) Mail Communication and internet browsing.
• Maintaining the mentality of following all the rules and regulations of the office.
• Well knowledge of 3D (CLO) software and Optitex / Winda software for CAD and Pattern.

• Able to Read & Understand PID/TP & buyer Comments.
• Able to make all kind of Pattern as per buyer requirement.
• Able to ensure fitting to Dummy on dress form.
• Able to communicate with buying TD as well as the production team.
• Able to solve all kinds of technical issues for smooth production.
• Able to make call out for PID clarification as well as production feasibility.
• Able to convert patterns from different formats & software.
• Must have ability to review properly Buyer provided file (TP, TF, PID, PDM) before going to make the pattern and if any comments are needed, ensure to concern the department head.
• Capable of ensuring all documents are maintained and controlled on a daily basis.
• Willing to perform any other duties/works as assigned by superiors.
• Able to develop or make a plan within short time for any critical section.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
