∎ Must have related job experience,
∎ Must have practical job experience in Gerber software

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Discussing the base design with the Production team;
∎ Meeting the customer’s technicians to determine their design requirements.
∎ To design patterns for various items such as all kinds of woven tops & Bottoms;
∎ Suggesting improvements in the existing designs;
∎ Examine sketches and sample patterns;
∎ Determining pattern quantities, shapes, and sizes; Providing sewing instructions to the operator;
∎ To Minimize fabric wastage;
∎ Makes the basic sizes pattern by using Auto CAD ( Garber software)
∎ Creating new patterns & their customization, marker making & grading
∎ Must have sufficient technical knowledge to make Manual patterns & markers.
∎ To prepare patterns as per the requirement given by the buyer through the merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of patterns.
