Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as the lead subject matter expert for TE & GOTS for IT and product teams to liaise with.
∎ Translate TE/GOTS policies and business requirements into system requirements.
∎ Consult with technical and country champions on the best approach to implement TE/GOTS policies and business requirements that are user-friendly and will enhance business efficiency; and communicate the agreed requirements back to the product teams.
∎ Consult with technical and country champions on the prioritization of business requirements.
∎ Gather, compile, and consolidate feedback from technical and country champions on system improvement.
∎ Collaborate with the product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization; review feedback on system enhancements from operations.
∎ Provide sign-off on requirements in liaison with the technical and global program manager.
∎ Assist in supporting integration issues and coordination with country teams.
∎ Manage the eTrackit and GTB platforms supporting country teams for any queries or assistance needed; ensuring updates are shared in a timely manner and requests are responded to within set KPIs. Act as the main point of contact for eTrackit and GTB to standard bodies.
∎ Lead support for TE-ID management and queries from country operations.
∎ Test business processes and recommend improvements.
∎ Represent SourceClear as the Technical lead along with the SourceClear Product Team on external integrations with TE (eTrackit) and GOTS (GTB) systems.
∎ Where possible, provide feedback to the TE COE Team on the improvement of GOPs, WIs, and SOPs based on country feedback.

Read Before Apply:

• 3+ years of successful experience in a professional capacity, with related industry experience

• Familiarity with Textile Exchange and GOTS Standards

• Technical proficiency in Textile Exchange and GOTS policies and procedures, particularly Scope Certificates and Transaction Certificates Policies

• Good IT literacy skills; experience with IT platforms is advantageous

• Proficient in SourceClear or willingness to learn

• Strong sense of responsibility, work efficiency, and responsiveness

• Excellent collaboration and coordination skills

• Strong command of the English language
