Job Context:
∎ We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our project team. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.
∎ To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall client Communication and Interviewing, Conduct design workshop
∎ Prepare SRS/BRS, PPT (User Journey) for client to finalize business requirements
∎ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
∎ Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, translate, and document people (e.g. capacity building), processes, and platforms (i.e. technology systems) requirements
∎ Analyses, documents and tests program development, logic, process flows and specifications
∎ Partner with business users to conduct acceptance testing
∎ Document user manuals to describe application installation and operating procedures
∎ Work with Solution Architects/Developers to ensure the system solution can be feasibly implemented and satisfies business/user requirements
∎ Document and act as the subject matter expert on business processes to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
∎ Work within a project team to deliver incremental business value to users following an Agile methodology
∎ Identify any potential conflicting business requirements, definition gaps, dependencies between projects and escalate to project manager to formulate a resolution plan
∎ Support the prioritization of design requirements with the project team with an informed understanding of the impact to the organization
∎ Maintain accurate, version controlled, documentation over the project lifecycle, which is readily available to key stakeholders, and ensure the knowledge is disseminated
∎ Good knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle
∎ Be able to produce excellent quality Concept Note for client in order to define Solution Scope
∎ Good knowledge on Human Centered Design, Design Thinking and produce better UX
∎ Good knowledge on Agile System Design Methodology like User personas, User stories, Scenarios, Storyboards etc.
∎ Good knowledge on prototyping tools to produce better quality wireframe for the end users
∎ Performing user acceptance testing.
∎ Planning and managing sms marketing.
∎ Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
∎ Ability to work individually and independently with minimal supervision
∎ Polite and should have good organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Should have depth knowledge of Facebook Marketing, Facebook ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook campaign, Social Media Marketing (SMM)
∎ Create a digital marketing plan and growth strategy using creative ideas, measuring experiments and conversion tests, defining objectives, measuring, revising, reevaluating, and tweaking as the plan is implemented.
∎ Create and manage all social media campaigns (CPM, CPC, CPV, CPA, etc.) on multiple advertising channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Ads, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.
∎ Have to have ability to create a cover photo, banner design, photo manipulation, motion graphic animation, video editing, sound editing for video clips, info-graphic design, etc.
