Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and maintain a trusted relationship with our internal business partners.
∎ Gather and document requirements for large global UI and workflow systems.
∎ Gather and document requirements for large data processing applications including Data Acquisition & transformation applications, large batch processing, data management and analytic applications
∎ Analyze business issues & build business case for large initiatives
∎ Rationalize and challenge requirements and processes together with the business to drive focus on
∎ Capture complex business requirements and define corresponding solutions by working closely with the business community.
∎ Develop business functional specifications, mapping documents and system design specifications
∎ Support production incident and problem management and support production Go-Live activities
∎ Collaborate with other teams in defining functionality, scope and timelines
∎ Present and communicate ideas and design to various teams for review and brainstorming
∎ Support development defect resolution and/or operational/production incident and problem
∎ Test critical scenarios required for delivery before User Acceptance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ 5 to 6 years of hands-on business analysis building global large applications,
∎ Application design development, data analysis
∎ Domain experience in web application and website development.
∎ Ability to articulate complex issues to non-technical audiences
∎ Experience working with teammates and customers in remote locations
∎ Excellent in analytical thinking for addressing business needs via data analysis solutions
∎ Experience with Cloud computing in application and database design is a plus.
