Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage requirements from different stakeholders to plan for building and modernizing Business Support Solutions (Intelligent Network, Billing, PCRF, Service Fulfillment, Revenue Management, POS, Dealer Management, Commissioning Platforms, Loyalty, and Campaign Management) in alignment with Business Plan; Manage and Ensure Architectural Principles are followed as per Company and Group blueprint
∎ Manage requirements from different stakeholders to plan for development and launching needs of new products and services, features, promotions; Negotiate and prioritize initiatives through discussion with the stakeholders and manage demands with the delivery of services
∎ Collaborate with Senior Management and Commercial team to drive Banglalink Digital Business strategy and build a roadmap for an integrated digital (online) interaction with Banglalink customers, covering websites, social networks, mobile apps, etc.; Ensure alignment of Banglalink Digital Business program and plans to Group guidelines and objectives
∎ Lead preparation and establishment of budget and business plan in accordance with the plan to achieve Technology objectives; Coordinate schedules for purchase and ensure that the budget is accrued and implemented in line with the plan and actual deliverables; Negotiate with the vendors and business partners to ensure the best solution at optimum price
∎ Govern partners through agreed SLA and KPI; Escalate issues in relation to nonperformance or failure to senior management; Approve changes proposed by partners
∎ Get continuous feedback from team members, address complex issues of customers, and analyze them to rectify them through corrective measurements; Ensure staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge, identify training requirements to develop team members, and manage the performance of direct reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ 12-15 years of experience including 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role in the Telecom Industry
∎ Required Knowledge & Skills
∎ Advance level awareness on BSS, Telecommunication & ICT Architecture
∎ Advance level familiarity with IP Knowledge & Switching Site& DB Administration
∎ Advance level knowledge on OCS, CC Solutions, Intelligent Network, PCRF, Billing, Service Fulfillment, POS, Dealer Management, Loyalty & Campaign Management, Revenue Management & Business Assurance Systems. Mediation & Solutions
∎ Advance expertise in System & Solution selection
∎ Experienced in Managed Service Partners management
