Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Computer Sciences and Engineering or Equivalent from any UGC approved university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide end-to-end support for the availability of BSS/DBSS systems and follow the incident, change, availability, capacity, and other standard processes to ensure the availability of the overall BSS & DBSS solutions.
∎ Study, analyze, and propose new developments like application software updates, security patching, new business solutions, etc. in response to stakeholders' needs
∎ Collaborate to build change needs, feasibility testing, and follow-up development activities with vendors (if applicable) and deploy new changes & patches in the BSS system in compliance with IT Change Management policy including various testing
∎ Raise operational problems, queries & concerns at Vendor interface through information-request/problem-report as per maintenance agreement
∎ Check the deliverables in the testing environment, implement change requests, service request deliverables in the "Production System"
∎ Manage and report DBSS product and promotions related changed and check end to end tracking of Product and development related deliverables.
∎ Generate and submit different fixed and ad-hoc reports like monthly reports, BTRC reports, revenue assurance supporting reports, etc. based on stakeholders' needs

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-6 years of relevant experience
∎ Advanced Knowledge of GSM technology, Telecom Revenue Management platforms
∎ End to end knowledge of BSS systems & Charging systems
∎ Basic Knowledge of RDBMS like Oracle and PL/SQL programming
∎ Basic Knowledge of Object-Oriented programing like Java, C#, etc.
∎ Basic Knowledge of Operating Systems like Unix, Linux etc.
∎ Good Knowledge of UAT and Other software testing techniques
∎ Skilled in Solutioning/project management skills
