∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure deliverables from managed service partners through agreed SLA & KPI and escalate issues in relation to nonperformance or failure
∎ Manage demands the development & launching needs of new products, services, features, and promotions through managed service partners
∎ Patriciate in solution design verification and approval, guide peers, and extend related support to all necessary stakeholders for ADM/CR delivery
∎ Negotiate and prioritize initiatives through discussion with the management of Stakeholders and manage demands with the supply of services
∎ Prepare and establish budget & business plan in accordance with the plan to achieve Technology objectives
∎ Schedule purchases and ensure that the budget is accrued and implemented in line with the plan and actual deliverables
∎ Negotiate with the vendors and business partners to ensure the best solution at the optimum price
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 years of experience in the relevant field is preferred
∎ Good insight of corporate market dynamics and competition information
∎ Sound understanding of BL and other operators products and service
