∎ Bachelor's degree in CSE, Information Systems, BBA or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, preferably in the context of ERP or custom software development.
∎ Strong understanding of business process modeling, analysis, and design.
∎ Proficiency in business process modeling tools such as BPMN, Visio, or similar.
∎ Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and custom software development projects.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
∎ Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
∎ Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is desirable. Preferred Qualifications:
∎ Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
∎ Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
∎ Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ERP and custom software development projects.
∎ Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and documentation to support system design and implementation.
∎ Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
∎ Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with strategic goals.
∎ Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate requirements and obtain feedback.
∎ Perform data analysis to support decision-making and project planning.
∎ Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.
∎ Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
∎ Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
