Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Proven track record of improving profitability and managing P&L for F&B operations
Deep understanding of kitchen and front-of-house operations, food cost control, labor scheduling, and inventory management
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in restaurant management software (e.g., MICROS, Toast, Lightspeed) and MS Office Suite
Knowledge of health codes, safety regulations, and food handling standards
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
Analyze P&L statements, manage budgets, and control costs (COGS, labor, operating expenses) to meet or exceed financial targets
Identify and drive initiatives for revenue enhancement and margin improvement
Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and brand standards
Implement and monitor inventory management systems, including purchasing, stock control, and waste reduction programs
Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations (local, state, and federal)
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Analyze customer feedback (reviews, surveys) and implement action plans to continuously enhance the guest experience
Evaluate and integrate new technologies (POS, inventory software, reservation systems) to streamline operations
