Communication with the Overseas Suppliers and local Customers in English.
Preparation of quotation, proposal, offers, Proforma Invoice.
Data entry in Excel and MIS software.
Daily file and document maintenance (Both hard copy and soft copy).
Any other work/ task assign by the Reporting Officer (s).
