∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ We are looking for smart, energetic, dynamic & deserving candidates who are capable to work Tobacco or Distribution marketing business, other business like grameenphone, robi, airtel ,Pran, Square foods etc. of 5 to 7 years experience .
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Drive to achieve monthly turnover & volume targets to achieve monthly KPI target.
∎ • Drive motivation & right discipline of entire sales force.
∎ • Ensure timely & right performance evaluation of the sales force.
∎ • Ensure additional sales force by SM (ex. SS,SR, ASR) for smooth sales operation.
∎ • Ensure proper practices of safety & security standards.
∎ • Ensure effective and efficient stock lifting regularly, maintaining proper SCR and arranging the
∎ • proof of account transfer.
∎ • Manage regular business expenses and company bills.
∎ • Engaged regularly with stakeholders relevant to business operations.
∎ • Work with MIC, COO,GM,TO & AM for business progress, priority and development.
∎ • Ensure roll out of new initiatives in the market as per company guideline
∎ • Work with SM, IT in charge, logistics supervisors and godown keepers for smooth functioning of the operations.
∎ • Monitoring and supervision of 200+ People/FF under the Distribution House.
∎ •Perform any other duty/responsibilities assigned by higher management.
