∎ Defense background, Bangladeshi any defense force like Army, Navy, Air Force, Ansar Retd. person or any security 5 to 7 years of experience with at least 4 years of experience in security force supervise

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit and follow up the guard force Motivate security personnel & guide them
∎ Conduct Night visit & check discrepancies
∎ Ensures that the tracking technology and all emergency communications equipment is functioning and reporting to Head Office
∎ Maintains and revises emergency contact numbers for the Security Guard
∎ Assign duties and tasks to security guard force based on operational needs and report to H/O
∎ Ensuring patrol and roster duty of security personnel as required.
∎ Providing firefighting and other relevant training to security personnel.
∎ Lead and supervise a team of Security Guards
∎ Ensure appropriate deployment to ensure utmost safety and security
∎ Conduct regular and random inspections or patrols to ensure security alertness
∎ Conduct grooming sessions, training programs and other sessions for the Security Guards
∎ Maintain different registers related to security, guest, inventory etc. and prepare reports accordingly
∎ Respond to security incidents and emergencies and coordinate activities accordingly
∎ Carry out other activities as guided by the Management
