Job Context:
∎ WORKING RELATIONS:
∎ ? Work with distributor for any investment & financial related issues
∎ ? Work with Manager In Charge & Sales Managers of distribution points to monitor business operation
∎ Work with Area Manager & Territory Officers for business progress, priority and development
∎ Work with Finance/Accounts staff for budget & expense management
∎ Work with reporting officer, logistics supervisor and go-down keeper for smooth functioning of the operation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop yearly business plan for the distribution house in agreement with Distributor and company management.
∎ Implement business plan within timeline to expedite volume and value growth.
∎ Periodic engagements with top traders in the market for enhance trade relationship.
∎ Identify business opportunities in the market and quickly capitalize to ensure growth.
∎ Analyze and monitor sales trends on a regular basis, plan sales and market activities accordingly to achieve the goal of business
∎ Remain updated regarding the business environment and competition activities to evaluate own business’s strength, weakness, opportunities and threats
∎ Recruit right field force (on time in full), develop them, prepare fit-for-market compensation package for field force through evaluation and manage turnover
∎ Consult & get agreement of distributor for taking decisions of any investments/financial matters beneficial for market/people/infrastructure/logistics.
∎ Drive motivation & right discipline among field force in alignment with prescribed guideline from the company
∎ Ensure effective & efficient stock lifting regularly maintaining prescribed on hand stock
∎ Arrange the payment of lifting in coordination with accounts and company correspondents of stock and payment management
∎ Monitor regular expenses of business and follow-up the trend of company ROI
∎ Prepare monthly cash flow/P&L statement and share with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Integrate and coordinate with Manager In Charge/Sales Managers of all distribution points within the market on a regular basis
∎ Engage regularly with stakeholders relevant to business operation (bank officials, labor & other union etc.)
∎ Ensure accuracy in sales reporting in coordination with reporting officer and take full ownership of the reporting

∎ Tk. 65000 - 70000 (Monthly)

People management (i.e. turnover, recruitment, HR policy governance etc.) Business Plan development and implementation within agreed timelineSKILL SET: Proficiency in Bengali and English language both in verbal and written form Proficiency in computing skill (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and basic business communication) AGE PROFILE FOR RECRUITMENT: 35-40 yearsEDUCATION: Minimum Masters (preferably business graduates)EXPERIENCE: At least 5 to 8 years’ experience in managerial roles of any FMCG company working in trade marketing/sales and distributionADDITIONAL JOB REQUIRMENTS: Demonstrate values and ethics with uncompromised integrity Demonstrate drive for growth in business Results driven, action oriented, self-motivated and the ability to understand and develop strategy for better business performance
