Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ • Work with Point Manager to Point business operations
∎ • Work with Territory Officer for business progress, priority and development
∎ • Work with Finance/Accounts staff budget & expense management
∎ • Work with Computer operator, logistics manager and go-down keeper for smooth functioning of the operation
∎ • Recruit right field force, develop them and manage turnover
∎ • Drive motivation & right discipline of staff/employees involve in business
∎ • Integrate and coordinate point operation with point manager
∎ • Identify opportunities & issues to drive business growth through periodic route-plans review and propose required change as needed
∎ • Ensure proper practices of safety and security standards
∎ • Maintain a record on competition activity and ensure monthly update
∎ • Keep track of monthly set targets (Volume, KPI etc.)
∎ • Engage regularly with stakeholders relevant to business operations (Local govt. officials, bank officials, labor and other union etc.)
∎ • Work with business Manager for any investment and financial related issues
