Job Responsibilities:
∎ 01. Drive to achieve monthly turnover & volume targets to achieve monthly KPI target.
∎ 02. Drive motivation & right discipline of entire sales force.
∎ 03. Ensure timely & right performance evaluation of the sales force.
∎ 04. Ensure additional sales force (ex. SR, ASR) for smooth sales operation.
∎ 05. Ensure proper practices of safety & security standards.
∎ 06. Ensure effective and efficient stock lifting regularly, maintaining proper SCR and arranging the proof of account transfer.
∎ 07. Manage regular business expenses and company bills.
∎ 09. Engaged regularly with stakeholders relevant to business operations.
∎ 10. Work with MIC, BM & TO for business progress, priority and development.
∎ 11. Ensure roll out of new initiatives in the market as per company guideline.
∎ 12. Work with IT in charge, logistics supervisors and godown keepers for smooth functioning of the operations.
∎ 13. Monitoring and supervision of 120+ People/FF under the Point.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
