Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 01. Develop and implement Business plan in line with distribution agreement to drive company growth.
∎ 02. Market Research & Development and on demand campaign execution.
∎ 03. Recruit appropriate field force, develop them and manage turnover.
∎ 04. Ensure additional sales force (ex. SR, ASR) for smooth sales operation.
∎ 05. Drive motivation and proper discipline of staff/employees involved in business.
∎ 06. Ensure effective and efficient stock lifting regularly, maintaining proper SCR and arranging the proof of account transfer.
∎ 07. Manage regular business expenses and company bills.
∎ 08. Integrate, coordinate and supervise 6 Distrinution Point operations in Central Area.
∎ 09. Engaged regularly with stakeholders relevant to business operations.
∎ 10. Work with TO, BM & AM for business progress, priority and development.
∎ 11. Work with Finance and Accounts department of distribution house for budget and expense management.
∎ 12. Work with IT in charge, logistics supervisors and godown keepers for smooth functioning of the operations.
∎ 13. Monitoring and supervision of 350+ People/FF under three Territory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
