∎ B.Sc in CSc/ CSE or BBA in MIS from any UGC approved University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire, store and update all critical customer data, supervise and monitor data backup, server storage, and set priority for data upload and offload
∎ Develop automated processes, job functions, or techniques for quick analysis and check and control different database access
∎ Prepare various reports and monitor market-wise (Pre and Post-Paid) activities and behavior, quality of sales, regional sales trend, churn customer activity & behavior;
∎ Validate and supervise the preparation of reports and analysis, introduce new analysis modality, validate with the head of the unit and implement accordingly to generate quality reports
∎ Analyze churn customers historical activities and behavior to predict potential churn, identify key issues and highlight respective stakeholders to take retention initiatives
∎ Measure the accuracy of forecasts and take initiatives to improve model performance and Perform actively in the retention process by ensuring preparation and delivery of all churn-relevant reports with proper inferences
∎ Analyze & monitor customer behavior, prepare proper segmentation and product offerings to the right set of customers and analyze campaign performance & put recommendations in alignment with overall business objectives
∎ Analyze, monitor, and prepare reports for all illegal/suspected activities of customers
∎ Contribute to data mining architectures, modeling standards, reporting, and data analysis methodologies and make recommendations on the data mining process
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years of experience including 2 years in a relevant field
∎ Strong Business Communication, storytelling, and presentation skill
∎ Good knowledge of Database Management (ORACLE, Teradata etc.)
∎ Reporting & Dashboards (Tableau, Micro-strategy, SAP Business Object etc.)
∎ Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office & advanced knowledge in MS Excel
∎ Strong knowledge of Oracle/ SQL server
∎ Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Strong knowledge of Reporting & Business Analysis
∎ Strong Knowledge of industry insight and dynamism
∎ Time management and ability to work in a highly demanding agile team
