Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or relevant field from any UGC approved University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coding, data engineering, and development of super dashboard using MicroStrategy for web, Android, and iOS
∎ Incorporate changes in MicroStrategy dashboard within defined timeline
∎ Conduct R&D on the dashboard and manage and visualize right information with the right context for management, commercial, sales & distribution, and finance decision making via strategic dashboards
∎ Prepare various reports and monitor market-wise (Pre and Post-Paid) activities and behavior, quality of sales, regional sales trend, churn customer activity & behavior
∎ Acquire, store and update all critical customer data, supervise and monitor data backup, server storage, and set priority for data upload and offload
∎ Empower stakeholders and organizations with business insights & hidden meaning of information to make data-driven business decisions
∎ Use data to measure and analyze business performance in each of our markets and lines of business, explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights, and/or identify targeted areas for business growth
∎ Analyze customer's & channel historical activities and behavior, contribute to data science prediction model architectures, modeling standards, reporting, and data analysis methodologies and make recommendations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresh graduate or 1-year experience in data visualization technologies
∎ Basic programing language
∎ Basic graphic design as an added advantage
∎ Introductory knowledge on RDBMS technologies and SQL
∎ Data visualization capabilities
∎ Creative and curious mindset
∎ Communication and presentation skills
∎ Basic knowledge in R, Python, PL/SQL, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint as an added advantage
