Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters in CSE or relevant discipline from any UGC-approved university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire, store, and update all critical customer data in an organized manner from the business intelligence team, supervise and monitor data backup, and server storage, and set priority for data upload and offload
∎ Develop automated processes, job functions, or techniques for quick analysis; check and control different database access for the team members and data sharing with other departments
∎ Prepare various reports and monitor market-wise (Pre and Post-Paid) activities and behavior, quality of sales, regional sales trend, churn customer activity & behavior
∎ Validate and supervise the preparation of reports and analysis which has been generated by the team before publishing on a regular basis; introduce new analysis modality, validate with the head of the unit and implement accordingly
∎ Ensure proactive monitoring of the business KPIs, product performance, and voice of customers, understand business objectives, questions, and problems, analyze the business data, forming new relations and derivations as necessary
∎ Extract the maximum amount of valid information content from the multidimensional analyses and obtain and present the business insight with recommendations
∎ Contribute to data mining architectures, modeling standards, reporting, and data analysis methodologies and make recommendations on the data mining process
∎ Provide guidance to the teammate for development and career planning and provide effective and inspiring leadership to teammate by ensuring adequate resources for achieving performance goals

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8+ years of experience including 5+ years in a relevant field
∎ Required Knowledge & Skills
∎ Strong Knowledge in DataMart Development and Maintenance
∎ Strong knowledge in Oracle/ SQL server/Teradata
∎ Strong Knowledge in BI tool like Tableau/Microstrategy etc.
∎ Strong knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Strong knowledge in Dashboard Development & Business Analysis
∎ Strong knowledge on industry insight and dynamism
∎ Business Communication and presentation skills
