Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation degree from any accredited and reputed university.
∎ Diploma in textile technology/Merchandising/Fashion Designing will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new sourcing opportunities by understanding current and future global apparel market trends, trade regulations, and corporate/brand strategies.
∎ To manage the product creation process from design to production. Will establish and execute the brand strategy for the product to achieve financial and product integrity goals.
∎ Partner with Brands to drive a robust forecasting process which supports revenue targets, supports efficient production loading, enables speed initiatives, improves on time performance, and increases profitability.
∎ Establish strong partnerships with key factories and suppliers to ensure capabilities, capacities, diversification and scale support the needs of the business; validate that order timelines and volumes support productivity in the manufacturing process.
∎ Develop and implement monitoring procedures and tools including KPIs.
∎ Guide, motivate, and develop Team members.
∎ Monitor and track product development.
∎ Complete order tracking from tech-pack receipt to shipment.
∎ Review suppliers' capacity and capabilities.
∎ Oversee activities of the team members, identify their strength and weakness and evaluate their performance.
∎ Market preference like EU, UK or US/Canada.
∎ Must have specialty in handling following Jersey products.

∎ He should be technically sound / good in communication / good sourcing skills.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage team and deal with multi-level stakeholders.
∎ Should be proactive as well as reactive and able to work in a pressured environment and set target.
∎ Should have ability to foster synergy and/or lend expertise to other operational area.
∎ Should have good communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bengali, ability to speak Hindi will be an added advantage.
∎ Prior work experience in similar position with similar product category from similar Industry will get top preference.
