∎ Candidate should have Diploma in Textile Technology from any reputed University.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Having a Professional Degree will get extra preference.
∎ Skills Required: Effective email communication, Good communication skills, Negotiation and Convince Skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have Minimum 15 years' experience in Ready Made Garments Sector.
∎ Should be able to manage entire operations, develop business and increase profitability for the Company. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue and quality targets, procure orders from foreign buyers.
∎ Candidate will be responsible for merchandising and production follow up.
∎ Develop and intimate knowledge of products - including trends and shifts in sourcing direction.
∎ Ensures accuracy and timelines through high level communication and co-ordination with marketing, merchandising departments, suppliers from tech pack to shipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 55 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Tk. 350000 (Monthly)
House Rent Allowance: Taka 30,000
