Job Context:
∎ IIDFC - an active player in the Financial Market is a leading non-banking financial institution promoted by ten banks both from public and private sector, three insurance companies and Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB).
∎ IIDFC is looking for young, energetic and self-driven individuals among Bangladeshi citizens with good educational background from a recognized university and impressive track record, who can take up the challenges for a successful career in the following positions.
∎ Job-Location: Head Office/Chattogram Branch/Uttara Branch/Keraniganj Branch
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selling of company's financial liability products and to achieve individual monthly sales target set by the management.
∎ Ensure minimum client calls set by line manager, prepare and submit daily report and collect required information and documents from prospective customers.
∎ Make physical visit and maintain strong relationship with all existing customers to generate new business, retain existing deposits and provide superior customer service.
∎ Maintain a sustainable growth of own Deposit portfolio by attaining monthly budget and customer retention.
∎ Ensure genuineness of all documents collected from the clients and strict compliance of IIDFC's rules, regulations and HR policies.
∎ Work closely with liability marketing functions in the company to improve overall deposit collection.
∎ Ensure compliance for preventing money laundering.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1-2 years' experience in the Bank/NBFI is mandatory for this post.
∎ Excellent communication skills with salesmanship aptitude.
∎ Pro-active, ability to work under pressure, strong willingness for visit to different places & clients and willingness to accept challenges.
∎ Computer skill is a must.
∎ Product / Business knowledge.
∎ The position is contractual with a structured commission-based marketing job and extendable from time to time depending on performance and Company's policy.
∎ Compensation package will be based on fixed salary plus commission on target.
∎ Candidates of this position are requested to specify the location (branch) as mentioned above where they intend to join.
