∎ We are actively seeking a smart, intelligent, and experienced professional with a proven background in implementing HR Software series. This pivotal role will encompass the multifaceted responsibilities of implementing the Shampan HRM & Payroll along with GF & PF modules through system configuration, training, and thorough analysis of processes.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Software Requirement Study (SRS) of HRM & Payroll and other related functionalities and made proper documentation.
∎ Provide input in product development direction through regular collaboration with the Software Development team.
∎ To implement Shampan HRM & Payroll Software through system configuration and thorough analysis of processes.
∎ To ensure successful knowledge transfer during system admin training.
∎ To ensure quality and timely implementation through accurate system configuration and setup based on the client's timekeeping policies.
∎ To provide support and assistance to clients, based on the agreed-upon project scope, during the implementation period
∎ To be able to provide and share best practices on policies in accordance with government labor standards.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ All applying candidates must have sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor law, government labor standards & HR Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill (MS Office), Business Intelligent Tools, HR Activities and HR Software Training, HR and Payroll, GF, PF Software Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company who are specialized in HR Series and or Business corporate house where HR software are running, Good understanding the HR Series software well as HR Analytics
∎ Willing to frequent Field Visit of clients sites in anywhere in Bangladesh
