∎ 15-20 years in buyer sourcing within the clothing or apparel industry, with strong direct handling experience.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong understanding of international markets, especially in the Europe, America.
∎ Proven ability to independently manage buyer relationships, build trust, and understand buyer demands.
∎ Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
∎ Willingness to work initially on a commission basis, with the potential for a fixed salary based on buyer acquisition performance.
∎ Initially, this position will be commission-based. You will earn a percentage of each sale closed through your efforts.
∎ Once you secure a buyer, your role will transition into a fixed salary position with additional performance incentives.

∎ Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with the company’s growth targets.
∎ Engage directly with buyers to manage and fulfill their specific requirements, ensuring high-quality service.
∎ Foster long-term relationships with buyers through strong communication, timely updates, and professional handling of all queries.
∎ Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
∎ Prepare detailed buyer profiles and market insights to support effective decision-making.
∎ Participate in negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both buyers and the company.
∎ Represent the company in international forums, exhibitions, and industry events to connect with potential buyers.
