Business Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for sales in defined territory for Bosch Power Tools, across all BUs in Bangladesh
∎ Entrepreneurial turnover and profit responsibility (stronger price realization-based customer structure and product mix)
∎ Systematic Identification/acquisition of new dealers and follow-up on visits and planning of next steps
∎ Development of direct dealers existing customer portfolio & new launches
∎ Placement of Product in primary and secondary channel
∎ Develop comprehensive after sales service network in defined territories.
∎ Identify specialist dealers if any, for MT, AC, HPW etc
∎ Identify opportunities to spread the reach in new/unrepresented areas
∎ Identify New product launch opportunities and support them through user & trade events
∎ Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing
∎ Information gathering about competitors & market trends
∎ Supporting activities to create demand for the product range
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Understanding of market, product or allied products?
∎ Entrepreneurial mentality and ability to work self-directed
∎ Excellent communication skill in English/ conversant with local language
∎ Willingness to Travel
Salary: Negotiable
