∎ Commerce. We operate a global technology-enabled sourcing business, and the largest B2B marketplace for fashion in South and Southeast Asia, which connects yarn mills, fabric mills, factories, brands and merchants through a discovery and transaction platform.

∎ Job Overview/Purpose: As a Business Development Manager, you will be an integral part of our high performance, highly collaborative Global team (B2B SaaS) and oversee the development and maturation of the business across multiple GEOS, ensuring it becomes repeatable, scalable and profitable.
∎ Reports To: Head of Sales - SaaS (Global)
∎ Manage key projects within the SaaS business, across all departments/GEOS ensuring scheduled deliverables with the product.
∎ Conduct market and business research as required to continually improve the product.
∎ Analyze quantitative & qualitative data in relations to projects and assignments.
∎ Make financial models and P&L analysis as required.
∎ Help develop and maintain processes /SOP's and projects in relations to all areas of the business for SaaS.
∎ Establish and help maintain guidelines, policies and content for all areas of the business for SaaS.
∎ Own/Oversee Mission Critical SAAS systems (i.e. CRM, Customer Success) from a Global/Regional Standpoint, coordinating with key stakeholders and GEOS.
∎ Coordinating with marketing, operations, tech and other departments on collaborations, developments etc. for SaaS.
∎ Create and conduct training for various areas of the business for SaaS.
∎ Maintain a great relationship with all key stakeholders/GEOS (internal/external)
∎ Aid to co-manage/coordinate a team at a regional level, which will cover a full stack of ops. Starting from clients facing sales KAMs to ensuring the Head of Delivery completes implementation/deployments on time.
∎ Preferably with a familiarity in the e-commerce or RMG field (B2B SaaS an advantage)
∎ Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving mindset.
∎ Experience working independently and delivering projects in a timely manner.
∎ Business change management and continuous improvement mindset
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English is critical
∎ Must have a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop
∎ Dynamic and flexible with ability to work in emerging markets at a regional and global level.
∎ Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and customer service skills at both a local and global scale.
∎ Previous experience in efficiently managing and coordinating teams.
∎ Needs to have a certain amount of experience with client-facing sales.
