Education:
  • B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University/Institute with a minimum 02 years of relevant experience will get preference. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

  • OR

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institution with a minimum 05 years of relevant experience (mandatory).

  • Ability to manage multiple customer’s effectively.

  • Well conversant with MS Office.

  • Must have excellent communication skill in English & Bengali.

  • Candidate who have motorcycle with driving license will be get preference



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identifying opportunities and increase customer of assign territory.

  • Regularly visit Engineer, Consultant, Architect firm, Contractor, Mason & Retailer, Government and private project in assign territory

  • Maintain liaison with Government Office i.e. RHD, PWD, LGED, BWDB, WASA, PDB, EED, Railway etc. within the assigned territory for business growth.

  • Work closely with Sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solution.

  • Attend event, trade program, and exhibition to represent the company

  • Find out potential customer & maximize sale within the assigned territory.

  • Attend the customer complaint and resolve immediately.

  • Ensuring the result oriented visit and emphasize customer satisfaction.

  • Proper use of Marketing promotional items & find out the branding opportunity in assign territory.

  • Organize event management like seminar, Engineer/ Mason meet program, Dealer meet program etc.

  • Any other task assign by the management from time to time.
