• Minimum 5 years of experience in Bangladesh's top 5 e-commerce platforms (e.g., Daraz, Evaly, AjkerDeal, Pickaboo, Chaldal, etc.).

• Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, supply chain, and customer experience.

• Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage nationwide e-commerce operations.

• Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies.

• Manage logistics, vendor relations, and platform optimization.

• Supervise country-wide sales, promotions, and team management.

• Represent Aline Mart in business meetings and strategic partnerships.

• Regularly report to the global management team with performance insights.

• 15% annual salary increment
