5–7 years of proven sales experience in FMCG / Consumer Products / Dairy / Food & Beverage sector.
Experience in handling perishable products like milk, yogurt, and eggs will be an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute sales strategies for consumer products, including milk, Sweet & Sour yogurt, Greek Yogurt, Pistachio, milk shake, Matha, Laban, Ghee, and Eggs.
Manage and expand sales through retailers, dealers/distributors, super shops, and online platforms.
Appoint, manage, and motivate dealers and distributors to ensure strong market penetration.
Monitor product availability, visibility, merchandising, and shelf presence in the market.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand to propose corrective actions.
Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
