• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Excellent presentation and client-handling ability

• Sound knowledge of land share, flats, and real estate documentation

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies for real estate projects.

• Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

• Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors

• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

• Coordinate with marketing, legal, and accounts departments

• Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support
