Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • B.Sc.Ag (Hon’s) or Master’s in Agriculture from a reputed university.

  • BBA or MBA in Business Administration, preferably with a major in Marketing from a reputed university.

  • Applicants with a Science background will be given preference.



Requirements:
  • 7 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)


Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Proven experience in Agrochemical/Seed industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability in managing large territories or regions with diverse customer bases.
  • Familiarity with agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Area/Regional Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the agricultural sector.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

  • Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and retailers to expand the company’s network in the region.

  • Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

  • Develop and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
