Responsibilities:
Meet monthly and quarterly business goals and income targets.
Create a detailed database of local retailers and update it regularly.
Take orders from retailers and ensure timely deliveries.
Improve sales skills by working closely with model farmers and maintaining financial discipline.
Monitor and oversee activities of competing companies in the field.
Regularly check and analyze retailer shops.
Conduct regular product stock surveys at retailers.
Build relationships through farmer meetings, campaigns, and with retailers.
Maintain communication with agricultural officers at the field level.
Track competitors` activities and market presence.
Carry out daily tasks with discipline and planning.
Maintain professional boundaries with environment and retailer issues.
Complete any tasks assigned by senior supervisors.
